#48 Blue Hill Tavern
#48 Blue Hill Tavern

When it opened back in 2009, its obscure location was part of its charm. Now that the surrounding neighborhoods are developing, the chic city atmosphere, complete with rooftop lounge and waterfall-accented bar, is no longer the surprise it once was.

But Blue Hill is still very much worth seeking out. Splurging, on a sous vide Chateaubriand or a 25-ounce cowboy rib-eye, is encouraged.
