All-Metro softball: First team
Hickman, a four-year starter, was clutch as the cleanup hitter for the Cougars. She batted .429 with 20 RBIs and scored 20 runs. The senior committed only one error at second base all season. “The last two years she has been the most consistent second baseman in the area,” coach Don Ellenberger said. Hickman will play at Mount St. Mary’s next year.
