The completely rebuilt Baltimore Sun News Reader app for iPhone, iPod Touch, iPad, and Android smartphones and tablets helps busy readers keep up with the news they care about most.

  • One-tap following: Create your own customized news feed by adding the topics that interest you to your Following list.
  • Save for later: Set aside must-read stories for when you have the time to enjoy them.
  • Apple Watch extension (iPhone 5 and above): Get notifications, scan headlines, have Siri read stories to you now, and save stories to read on your iPhone later with the app's Apple Watch extension, which, once you download the app on your iPhone, will appear in your iPhone's Apple Watch app.

The app is free to download. All readers have unlimited access to non-premium content. Unlimited access to premium content (marked with blue plus icons) requires digitalPLUS, which is part of everyday print subscriptions, or an app-only subscription (iOS and Android access sold separately), available for purchase within the app.

e-Readers

Kindle Nook

Amazon Kindle and Barnes & Noble Nook subscriptions deliver an e-reader version of each day's print edition to compatible devices and apps. Issues are automatically sent wirelessly each morning to your device or app.

Subscriptions cost $9.99 a month and come with a 14-day free trial. Single issues are also available.
